Cupcake Toppers

1. Print your cupcake topper document on white 100 lb. card stock, heavy weight matte photo paper, or your paper of choice.

2. In order to cut the cupcake toppers neatly, you need to use a 2″ Scallop, 2″ Circle, or large flourish square punch.

You can get these at your local craft stores. If you would like a recommendation on what brand to get, here are the ones I like and personally use:

If your party table is going to be against a wall, you are all done! However, if the cupcakes will be sitting in a spot where people can see them from both sides, you can punch out another cupcake topper and tape it on the opposite side.

So easy, right? You just have to get a good punch and you are all set.

Happy Birthday Banners

Airplane Birthday Party

1. Print out the document on white 110 lb. card stock or a heavy weight paper of your choice.

2. Use your cutting board (or scissors) to cut out the panels.  If you want the corners rounded on your sign, use a Corner Rounder Punch on each panel.

3. Next decide how you want to hang your banner and what material you are using to hang it.  You can use ribbon, bakers twine, jute, string, etc.

  • -You can simply tape your chosen material to the back of the panels.
  • – Or use a small hole punch at the top left and top right corners of each panel.

4. String the material through the holes.  Line up the top panels, string them onto the ribbon, and then cut the ribbon once they’re all on.   That way you can make sure the ribbon is the desired length.  Then repeat with the bottom panels if there are some.Ice Cream Happy Birthday Banner

  • – Another way to hang your banner is to use a short piece of ribbon for each panel and tie the ribbon together in between the panels.

5. Hang your banner and you’re all set!

Food Tents

how to put together food tents

We like to send our food labels as labels and not tents.  This is for 2 reasons.  First we like the idea of being able to use them in more than one way – either as labels or food tents.  Second of all, we like the look of the freestanding label instead of a folded one without taking too much time.

Materials Needed:

  • – Scissors or a paper cutter

Food Labels:

1. Print your document.

2. Cut out the food label squares.

3. You have a few different options:

– Use a stand to set the food labels in

– use double sided tape to attach them to your food containers/drink stands

– make food tents

4. If you make food tents, use our second file we send to cut out the same number/size of squares as you have food labels.  Fold the newly cut squares in half.  Use double sided tape to attach the top half of the new square to the food label.  Now you have food tents.

2. Use a paper cutter or scissors to cut out the labels.

Hershey Bar Wrappers

How to put together Hershey Bar Wrappers

Materials Needed:

  • – Photo paper
  • – Paper cutter or scissors
  • – craft foil
  • – regular-sized Hershey bars (1.55 oz.)
  • – double sided tape

1. Print out your document on desired paper.  For best results it’s recommended to use 24-28 lb matte or glossy photo paper or presentation paper

2. Cut out the Hershey bar wrappers using a paper cutter or scissors.

3. Regular sized Hershey bars no longer come wrapped in foil, so now there is an extra step to do.  Take the Hershey bar, fold the ends down neatly,  and wrap it in foil.  It’s better to use a  Foil Craft Paper– it’s higher quality and looks neater.

4. Now wrap your cut out shapes around the Hershey bars.

5 . Use double sided tape to fasten the ends together on the back side of the Hershey bar.

And you’re all done!

Note: If you order one of the smaller wrappers for the Hershey Nugget candies, they already come with foil on the ends. You can still wrap in craft foil if you’d like, but our wrappers are designed to show the foil ends so the added step isn’t needed.
